This website is provided to showcase our product categories and to help retailers, distributors and customers get in touch with us for enquiries, quotations and orders. It is not an automated online store; all orders are confirmed directly with our team over call, WhatsApp or email.
Product Information
We aim to display our product categories as accurately as possible. As many of our items are handcrafted or finished individually, minor variation in colour, size and finish between pieces is normal and does not indicate a defect. Exact stock, sizes and pricing are confirmed at the time of enquiry.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after mutual agreement on product, quantity, pricing and payment terms between the customer and Pipal Tree Impex. Payment terms will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on product availability, order quantity and destination, and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by courier or logistics partners once goods are handed over for dispatch.
Returns & Damages
Any concerns regarding damaged or incorrect items must be reported to us within a reasonable time of delivery, along with photographs, so we can assist with a resolution.
